Interested in starting a retreat? Turn works everywhere with students at Universities that don’t have retreats to help them work through all the steps from building an exec team to holding their first camp and beyond!

Executive Team Coaching

• Turn provides support for directors and exec team members on an as-needed basis for any retreat related questions in addition to regularly checking in and following up.
• Emotional and spiritual support from caring Turn employees who care more about the student’s souls than the success of their retreat!

Infrastructure Support

Turn provides various backend infrastructure support such as:

• Access to Rock RMS through our website, a system we use to manage many retreat functions like: Retreat registration and payment, mass emails, donation processing, camper/staff/alumni management year over year, end of year donation letters
• Use of our Nonprofit 501(c)3 status for fundraising purposes
• A set up Wells Fargo account for all retreat operations

We also provide on call support for learning how to use all of these services!

Retreat Materials

Turn provides new and established retreats with resources they may need. Examples: Leadership structure docs, counselor/prayer team curriculum, retreat launch guide, budgetary recommendations. 

Leadership Development

Turn hosts two leadership retreats per year, one in the fall for directors and one in the spring for executive teams. These focus on exec team building, leadership development, and retreat improvement while also creating an incredible community of exec team members across the country.
